Goblin Airline collects information you provide, including travel requests and preferences, Goblin Agent conversations, support messages, account settings, and documents or extracted fields submitted to Travel Proof.

When you connect a wallet, we process the public wallet address, network, signature result, and session metadata needed to authenticate you. Goblin Airline does not need your wallet private key or seed phrase.

We may also collect device, browser, IP address, log, diagnostic, referral, and product activity data when you use the services. Third-party booking or wallet providers collect information under their own privacy policies.

Goblin Airline uses information to provide and personalize requested features, plan trips, maintain authenticated sessions, process Travel Proof, show activity, respond to requests, and communicate service or security updates.

We also use information to protect users and the service, prevent fraud and abuse, diagnose errors, measure performance, improve products, enforce our Terms of Use, and comply with legal obligations.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, or compliance with law. You may withdraw consent for future processing where consent is the applicable basis.

We may share information with vendors that provide hosting, storage, analytics, security, customer support, document processing, and other services on our behalf. They may use the information only to perform contracted services and meet legal obligations.

When you choose to continue to an airline, booking provider, wallet provider, or other third party, information you submit to that party is governed by its terms and privacy policy. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, or transfer of the relevant business, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Public blockchains are visible to anyone. A wallet address and any transaction you choose to make on a blockchain may be permanently available and cannot be deleted by Goblin Airline. Connecting or signing an authentication message does not itself create a blockchain transaction.

Never provide a private key or seed phrase through GoblinAirline. If a third-party wallet is compromised, contact the wallet provider and take appropriate wallet-security steps.

Goblin Airline retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with law. Retention depends on the type and sensitivity of information, the feature used, and legal or operational requirements.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Goblin Airline and its service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use recognized safeguards for international transfers and apply protections described in this Policy.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability, and to appeal or complain to a data protection authority. Some rights are subject to verification and legal exceptions.

You can update available account preferences in the service and disconnect your wallet at any time. Disconnecting ends the current identity session but does not remove records that Goblin Airline must retain for security, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal compliance.

To submit a privacy request or ask a question, use the support or privacy contact channel published by Goblin Airline within the service. We may verify your identity and authority before completing a request.

GoblinAirline is not directed to children who are below the minimum age required to use online services in their location. If Goblin Airline learns that information was collected from a child without required authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

We may update this Policy as services, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel, and the updated date will appear at the top of this page.
