Terms of Use

You must have legal capacity to enter into these Terms and meet the minimum age required in your location. If you use AeroYield for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your use, travel, wallet, documents, and location. Aero Labs may restrict access where use is unlawful, creates security risk, or is not supported.

Some features require an Ethereum wallet and a signed authentication message. You are responsible for controlling your wallet, device, credentials, and recovery information, and for activity performed through your authenticated session.

Aero Labs will not ask for your wallet private key or seed phrase. Notify us through the support channel published in the service if you believe your session has been compromised.

Use AeroYield only for lawful purposes and provide information or documents you are authorized to use. Do not impersonate others, submit fraudulent Travel Proof, infringe rights, distribute malware, scrape or overload the service, bypass security or access controls, reverse engineer restricted components, or use the service to facilitate unlawful activity.

Do not interfere with other users, probe non-public systems without written authorization, or misuse outputs to mislead others. Aero Labs may investigate suspected abuse and preserve or disclose relevant information where permitted by law.

Aero Agent provides planning assistance based on user input and third-party data. Responses, schedules, routes, reference fares, baggage rules, visa reminders, and other outputs may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect and are not professional, legal, immigration, or financial advice.

Before acting, confirm important information with the relevant airline, booking provider, embassy, government authority, or other official source. Aero Labs does not create flight orders, accept payment, issue tickets, or guarantee inventory or final prices through the current service.

AeroYield may link or redirect to independent wallet, airline, booking, data, or other providers. Those providers control their services, accounts, inventory, pricing, payments, and policies. Your use of a third-party service is governed by its own terms.

Aero Labs is not responsible for a third party's acts, omissions, availability, content, or transactions. A link or integration does not imply endorsement or a partnership beyond the integration described in the service.

You may submit only Travel Proof materials that are accurate and that you have the right to provide. Extraction and verification may produce errors, require additional information, reject a submission, or identify duplicate or inconsistent records.

Travel Points are product records, not money, property, a token, or a promise of future value. Aero Labs may correct or reverse records affected by error, fraud, duplication, or abuse, subject to applicable law.

Vault, Risk, Rewards, token, RWA, and other features marked Coming Soon are informational previews. They do not offer deposits, investments, lending, redemption, guaranteed returns, token claims, trading, or financial advice.

Aero Labs does not promise that a previewed feature will launch, remain available, or have the functions, dates, eligibility, or economics described in early materials.

Aero Labs and its licensors own the service, software, branding, design, and related materials, excluding content owned by users or third parties. Subject to these Terms, Aero Labs grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose.

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant Aero Labs a license to host, process, reproduce, and use that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms. Feedback may be used without restriction or compensation.

Aero Labs may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service for maintenance, security, legal, operational, or product reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, preservation of every feature, or compatibility with every device, wallet, or provider.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aero Labs and its affiliates, personnel, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, opportunities, or digital assets arising from the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Any liability cap or remedy required by mandatory law will apply accordingly.

You may stop using the service at any time. Aero Labs may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, or if continued access is unlawful or operationally impractical. Provisions that by their nature should survive will continue after termination.

Before starting a formal dispute, you and Aero Labs should attempt to resolve it through the support channel published in the service. Mandatory consumer protections and the jurisdiction of competent courts are not waived by these Terms.

We may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. The updated date will appear at the top of this page, and continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
